What is Mental Coaching?
For me, Mental Coaching is making people more aware of the function and workings of thinking, emotion, and energy.
Right thinking is what helped us survive in those extreme circumstances. 97% of our thinking is unconscious and is programmed into our brains in the form of habits even before we can reason. Without realizing it, as adults we experience the effect of those habits on our bodies and our lives.
People cannot escape that experience and allow themselves to be limited by the impact of those habits.
