Jan Boterberg
Jan experienced how being yourself and thinking rightly have changed his life and his sport.

You gotta jump to be successful!
You cannot imagine how much pressure someone is under who functions at that level. Pressure from colleagues, players, coaches, supporters, commentators, and the media. Even from complete strangers.
If you have already reached a reasonable level, you are quick to be satisfied. That does not mean you have to settle for that level.
The more correctly you think, the higher your level of self-respect, the more precise your performance, and therefore the further you go.
I no longer take into account the opinions of people on the street, the press, colleagues, etc... Jan Boterberg
Mr. Perfect
Jan had a habit of wanting to do everything right. He absolutely did not want to make any mistakes. The opinions of others and his perception of himself made him restless. Yet, like many, he had everything it takes to become a top professional at anything!
Jan was very analytical during the sessions and looked for logic, for a shock effect.
There was logic, but no shock effect. Your brain doesn't work that way. It wasn't until the Mental Training started that I noticed a shift in Jan's thinking. In his perception.
Being yourself
Very gradually, he learned to think differently. He saw that the quality of one's thinking was of paramount importance. That thinking too much was evil.
I think the most important progress for Jan was being himself. Learning exactly how to do that.
