This autumn , starting September 9, I bring you 10 themes that define your mental well-being. And I do this in my unique way, to the point and in plain language.
Anyone who wants to get acquainted with the Group Classes will have the chance this summer to discuss immediately important themes: self-confidence, inner peace & being yourself.

What struck me most was the perspective on stress: what it is, where it comes from, and how it can be resolved. I had already read a lot about stress, but it had never been outlined so clearly.
lessons for every day
There is a lot of repetition; the 'story' is built up. That way, you can place every lesson in its proper context. These lessons simply stick with you. Personally, I am not yet able to apply everything every day, and I still make mistakes. But the fact that I am now aware of that already helps me move forward a lot. And every day there is a moment where I *can* apply something from the lessons. In any case, the lessons have been enriching.

Who is David Avonture?
I started my professional career as a footballer in Belgium and Germany. That is where I was introduced to Mental Coaching.
And after more experience in the banking sector, intensive self-taught study, and powerful, deep meditation, I started my activity as a Mental Coach.

We are all different, but the mechanics between brain and body are the same in every human being. We discover the intended functioning of thinking, energy, emotion, consciousness, and the subconscious.

During this session, you will discover all the steps in building self-confidence.

How do you determine your goals and how do you use your brain to achieve them?

Every human being is born with a higher intelligence. Our perception, our thought process, and our emotions follow one general rule: reality.

4. How was my personality formed?
We examine the ultimate goal of parenting. Do not leave important matters that determine your children's future to chance. At the same time, understand how your upbringing shaped you into who you are today.

6. Being yourself, how do you do that?
When does being yourself begin? What hinders becoming yourself? Are you certainly yourself? How do you become yourself? What does it actually mean to be yourself?

8. How do I become truly calm inside?
What exactly is stress? What calms a person down? Why do you sometimes have too much or too little energy?
